Shipping policy

Processing Time:
We do our best to process & ship all orders as soon as possible. Most orders are processed within 24-48 hours. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons.

We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 1-4 business days (depending on shipping option chosen) from the order date and shipped within 3-4 business days after the processing day. Please note that we don't ship on weekends.

Tracking your order:
All orders include tracking information that is normally sent via email within 48 hours after the order has been shipped.

Overseas Customs & Duties:
Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, and are determined by your local customs office.

Payment of these charges and taxes is your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.

All shipping charges (or free shipping promos) listed do NOT include customs, duty, and taxes. We can't hold responsibility for that and the recipient is responsible for all customs, clearing and other fees required to ship internationally. 

Lost / Stolen package:

We will not be liable for any losses or broken products that were broken by the logistics company, we personally do not want this issue to occur as well. We do not handle the delivery ourselves and we hope that we come to an understanding on this matter. There will be no refund for this issue, if you wish for us to send you a new one there will be 50% off from the missing product as compensation as you will need to make a new purchase if you did not purchase Express Shipping with Insurance.

 

Order cancellation:

Inventory fulfilments are made instantly, so we are unable to cancel orders after you place them. You may still try and reach out to cancel your order, but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to successfully cancel it.
